A Symposium for Establishment of Institute of Oceanic Studies

On Aug. 28, 2019, a symposium was held for the establishment of Bohai University's Institute of Oceanic Studies. At the symposium, LIU Yang, secretary of Bohai University's CPC Committee, delivered a speech and summed up the theme of the symposium for the establishment of the institute. LI Jian-rong, vice-president of Bohai University, introduced the background for its foundation and its basic organization and structure.
